Colin Blechet offers web and mobile development services: websites, landing pages, SEO, maintenance, automation and MVP apps.
Quote and Order
All projects start with a free quote. Acceptance of the quote constitutes a contractual commitment.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros excluding tax. Payment according to terms defined in the quote (deposit + balance).
Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. Rapid Mode: < 2 weeks. Premium Mode: depending on complexity.
Intellectual Property
The developed source code remains the property of the client after full payment. Open-source components used remain subject to their respective licenses.
Warranties and Liabilities
Colin Blechet commits to performing services with care and professionalism. Developed solutions are tested before delivery. However, no guarantee of commercial results (traffic, conversions, revenue) is provided.
Changes and Revisions
The number of revisions included is defined in the quote. Modifications beyond the initial scope may result in a price adjustment. Any major modification request will be accompanied by an additional quote.
Cancellation and Refund
The client can cancel an ongoing project with 7 days notice. Work completed until the cancellation date will be invoiced proportionally. The deposit paid is non-refundable except in cases of force majeure.
